A. You should expect a 6-12″ reading range for full-duplex tags.
Q. What if my reading range is shorter than 6″?
A. Hold the wand away from any metal and unplug the power to the RFID scanner. Plug the scanner back in while still holding the wand away from metal. The scanner should now be turned to the maximum in your environment.
